On March 9, 2008, Beijing Guoxin Forlink Internet Technologies Ltd (“BGXF”) held a press conference in Beijing Capital Hotel, announced its finance study website (http://www.formoney.com.cn) open to the public. Journalists from 30 domestic media companies and BGXF‘s partners attended the conference. Forlink holds a 35% equity interest of BGXF.
